Dr Caitlin Mollica talks resilience, policy, and being a failed lawyer

Caitlin has recently left us to join the University of Newcastle but I know a lot of you appreciated Caitlin for her storytelling, approach to teaching, and all-round excellence. I love it when I learn new things and in this chat I learned lots of new things. I don't think Caitlin actually failed at being a lawyer but I loved hearing her reflect on her approach to her career, finding place, and building community.
