Dr Danielle Watson - These people are not like me...

Speaking with Danielle reminded me that perspective is so much of life. Not everyone sees or experiences the world like I do. I need to be open to the challenges and discomfort that this brings to everyone in a room. So much of working with people, particularly when considering the complex issue of justice, is about understanding perspective and learning to communicate meaningfully.
