Maxine Brown talks to us about career changes and professional staff

If you take nothing else away from this podcast please take away the message that you should always be kind to professional staff. They can make you look competent (or excellent.... or not so much), are in the know about what happens in workplaces, and I think we are all learning that how we treat people is more of a reflection on us. Maxine is one of those power-house professional staff who get things done and is always happy to help. Maxine's career path has not been so straight forward and I love her resilience and adaptability. These are things that make Maxine so great at her current job. Always be kind to professional staff. One day you will need them to fix some less than admirable thing you have done!
