I always think of Claire as the real criminologist amongst us. I mean, Claire helps solve real crimes. In this episode Claire talks about dealing with vicarious trauma, sexual harassment, and when people are mean.

Speaking with Danielle reminded me that perspective is so much of life. Not everyone sees or experiences the world like I do. I need to be open to the challenges and discomfort that this brings to everyone in a room. So much of working with people, particularly when considering the complex issue of justice, is about understanding perspective and learning to communicate meaningfully. Expect to be uncomfortable listening to this podcast. I also hope you laugh along with us.
